RICHLAND, Wash. -- The Richland School District launched an investigation after claims were made against a substitute teacher in a classroom.
The report included inappropriate gestures and comments while in the classroom with students.
RSD was notified about claims of inappropriate behavior from a substitute teacher that was not consistent with the district's policy.
After the investigation, RSD said the substitute teacher will not be allowed to teach in the district.
